BuzzIt, an event web app, was looking to expand from direct sales to a more scalable strategy

Created for: Jon Harris, CEO & Founder and the BuzzIt team

Problems:

1. Lack of awareness; providing an opportunity for a scalable inbound digital marketing strategy

2. Lack of consistent, professional and value-added marketing content for target audience

3. Lack of communication surrounding the benefits of this product, that incentive event planners

Impact: Drive awareness and action from inbound leads to efficiently bring forth and provide a solution that solves event managers’ pain points

•  Identified gaps and key opportunities, based on BuzzIt’s current marketing strategy

•  Analyzed what ideas and guidelines BuzzIt can take away from competitors’ content

•  Analyzed customer pain points and what channels they are active on

•  Created mock blog content based on insights from competitors and customers

•  Justified the clear communication of product benefits rather than features

•  Provided tips and strategized content placement for relevant social media platforms
